Salary Range: £50 - £55k (OTE)

The Partner Development Manager is responsible for managing, growing and developing relationships with a portfolio of IT Partners. You will be representing one of our largest clients, a well-known global IT brand.
This is an initial temporary 6-month, leading to permanent role and will suit those who like to identify and develop partner relationships rather than farm an existing account base.
Main duties:
Supporting a range of new and developing accounts across the UK
Owning relationships with key decision makers, influencers and sales team of respective IT resellers
Working closely and building trust with partners to develop and implement strategic growth plans
Continually searching for new ways to deliver our clients’ key strategic objectives, to ensure mutual profitable growth
Working to support all areas of partner education, engagement and enablement
Successfully develop and manage a sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and reporting
Desirable skills
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT channel sales/account management
Proven track record of developing new IT reseller relationships
Resilient, tenacious, hardworking and determined, with a huge amount of enthusiasm
A natural communicator and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Full UK Driving licence.
